I started practicing several years ago as way to do something for myself never expecting to fall in love with it. Yoga changed my life. Practicing yoga several times a day made me more confident, happy, relaxed and so in tune with my body. I found myself telling everyone about yoga and how it can help you and change you. I was inspired by so many of my instructors that soon I decided that I wanted to teach yoga and inspire others to take on the yoga lifestyle as well. I attended Marianne Wells Yoga YTT Training in Costa Rica in 2015 and started teaching classes immediately. I teach Vinyasa, Stretch and Ashtanga classes at appropriate levels. My classes are challenging, uplifting and approachable. I bring enthusiasm as well as calmness to my classes while building strength, flexibility and balance. I truly feel that I have a passion for yoga as a student as well as an instructor.
