My passion is spinning, but I also enjoy teaching step, strength and toning as well as aqua classes. As a mother of two, I realize that time is a valuable commodity in keeping fit and healthy. My goal is to make the most of the time I have with my students so that they feel that my classes are time well-spent. Motivation and fun are two key parts of exercising. I want my students to look forward to my classes and to miss me when I'm gone! I have always looked for creative places and ways to exercise on vacation. I even scheduled my honeymoon at an all-inclusive resort that offered aerobics 7 days a week. I managed to exercise 6 of the 7 days of my honeymoon! You've got to--the food's too good! I was initially certified in 1989 but took a break to attend law school and did not actively begin teaching until 2004. I have since updated and added to my certifications.
