My classes offer a distinctive blend of physical movement along with flow and introspection through meditation. My main focus is on Vinyasa Yoga, a style that focuses on linking poses together through the breath and Yin/Restorative Yoga, a practice which trains us in the habit of slowing down, paying attention and listening. Listening to our body, to our mind, to the soothing sound of the breath. Yin goes hand in hand with the practice of mindfulness and helps to fine-tune the various skills that bring us back to the here and now. My main goal for all of my students is to leave class feeling a sense of well-being. Therefore carrying this sense throughout their day, throughout their life, passing on this feeling to all they meet. Each of my students are unique in form and energy. I take all of this into consideration with each class, with each student. “Yoga has become the perfect complement to my life and I became a teacher to help others understand the benefits of this remarkable practice.” By incorporating Yoga and Meditation into your life, you are empowering yourself with the ability to reflect, have self-awareness and use your breath for the purpose of a greater consciousness and connection in life.
I can provide instruction as a group class or as a one-on-one setting.

I have been practicing for over 20 years and have a yoga teacher certification through yoga alliance.
