I like to stay fit and inspire others to get to their desired level of fitness. I have been an athlete throughout my life: I started with ballet at the age of 5. In the grade school I was part of the junior basketball team. In high school and college I was an elite rower in the national team of Romania. Through the years I kept up the physical training and challenged myself from ice climbing to running and swimming. Years later I have become a Pilates and Yoga instructor, which helped me to maintain a strong core, be confident and strong and added flexibility and balance to my training; I also learned to use my mind actively and effectively to build stamina and shape my body. I love to go to the gym and studio to feel the body working and sweat.
I create customs workouts from athletic challenging to strength recovery, core stability, improving flexibility and using mind visualizations and meditation to achieve goals.
