Jesseny Rojas

Jesseny customizes programs that best suit the individuals' specific needs and goals. Her experience gained from working with people with various physical considerations and abilities has made her a well-rounded personal trainer. When evaluating an individual, she focuses on posture, muscle length and tension, spinal measurments and the range of motion of specific joints and muscles. Jesseny uses a multi-disciplinary approach to educate and re-condition individuals on their biomechanics, chronic conditions and work ergonomics. Her goal is to reduce pain, stretch and strengthen opposing muscles and preventing injury in conjunction with meeting their specific goals. Jesseny is committed to continuing her education and seeking knowledge from multiple sources in an effort to maintain her high standard of service. She is certified as a C.H.E.K. Practitioner Level 2 and NLC Level 1 by the C.H.E.K. Institute. Jesseny has a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management from George Brown College. With a strong fitness background and a passion for the outdoors, She believes "Commitment and consistency are key factors when working with clients to help them achieve realistic fitness goals. Achieving a realistic goal allows the individual to stay interested and focused on their fitness regime."
