Liza Hogue

I have a bachelor's degree and my "money job" is working as a paralegal in Dallas.  I completed my 200 hour teacher training in February 2015 and my "joy job" is teaching yoga at the studio where I have practiced for 10 years.  My "dream job" is to teach yoga on the beach.  I like to warm up with sun salutations, hold standing postures for 5 long, smooth breaths and then finish with several restorative poses and a 10 minute savasana.  I am an energetic and enthusiastic teacher and my students call me "sunshine".
