Hi, My name is Rachel and I’m excited to share my passion and love of yoga with you! I started my yoga journey 20+ years ago while living in Seattle and have been practicing passionately ever since. While I have many years of experience practicing Bikram yoga, I love the heat and the serious discipline of the practice, I found a new love in Vinyasa Flow style yoga 9 years ago. I love to challenge myself, to link my movement with my breath, to build heat and strength and ultimately embrace the peace that yoga brings on and off of the mat.
I know firsthand that yoga and You have the power to change your body and calm your mind leaving you clear, strong and ready to take on all of life’s challenges. I am blessed to have a wonderful supportive husband and three beautiful children.
Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. 200 hour certified training with the amazing Tiffany Cruikshank of Yoga Medicine. Currently working towards my 500 hour certification. Also, trained and certified to teach Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga through Stoked Yogi out of San Diego. Host of destination yoga retreats that combine my love of travel, water and yoga. I can't wait to share my love of yoga and travel with you!
