This experience broadened his appreciation of how health and fitness are universal and interact with mind, body and soul. The purpose of working out is to make it a part of your lifestyle not an arduous task. Besides the gym Jermaine practices meditation, enjoys reading, basketball, fishing, hiking, running and cooking. Currently pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming a Doctor, most recently certified in Weight Loss Management. He believes in fighting disease through a holistic approach and building healthy eating habits. “The more fruits and vegetables the better.” Jermaine’s future goals include traveling the world and continuing his education in Holistic Physical Therapy.
