Maggie Barragan

I have been practicing yoga for 7+ years and completed my teacher training in the Baptiste Power Method from Charleston Power Yoga in June of 2015. Right now I spend half my year in Charleston and the other half in New York/Connecticut.  

I currently teach Beach Yoga at a country club in CT and am starting a 10-week program on behalf of Riverstone Yoga for beginners and chair yoga for those with limited mobility.  Also, I teach at CT Power Yoga which is a brand new studio in Stamford, CT.

Some of my personal goals include to deepen my practice of yoga and continue my study of anatomy, as well as keep trying various forms of exercise.  I.E. running, swimming, biking, etc.

When I take care of myself, I feel better all around and my life flows in a more positive direction.  Looking forward to bringing my love for wellness to those around the world!
