AFAA certified since 1984, I have been on the fitness circuit for 20+ years, teaching at local aerobic studios, fitness clubs and corporate fitness centers. In addition, over the years, I have enjoyed donating my time and skills at fund-raising events, YMCA, and organizations for children . I teach all types of classes from the basic high/low, step, double step to outdoor all terrain power walks. In addition, I am qualified to conduct mat yoga/pilates. My specialty classes are boxing, boot camp and circuit; however, I am also skilled at and enjoy catering to the very beginner exerciser. My focus has always been to encourage participants to achieve the sense of well being that accompanies a fit body.
