Kayla Musgjerd

I was involved in athletics all through high school and ran cross country and track and field in college.  I have developed an enthusiasm for fitness and nutrition throughout my life.  I taught yoga classes to my peers in college and began working as a group fitness instructor at LA Fitness in May 2014 teaching BodyWorks, total body conditioning and Bootcamp classes.  My biggest fitness inspiration comes from Gilad Janklowicz Productions and my teaching style most closely resembles his workouts.  I focus on proper form and offering many modifications to my exercises.  I continue to expand my knowledge and repertoire in the group fitness industry and my next career goal is to become Mat Pilates certified this winter.
