I have worked as a Certified Personal Trainer for over eight years in the Mid-Atlantic, Southern California, and the Pacific Northwest. I've worked with hundreds of clients of various ages, interests, and abilities. My holistic approach to wellness led me to earn a Master of Science in Nutritional and Health Promotion and complete Wellcoaches wellness coach training to increase my scope of practice. I specialize in helping people to achieve healthy body weight, correct muscle imbalances, improve flexibility, and elevate overall health through nutrition.
Currently, I divide my time between training and teaching at a local gym and running my own health retreat business. My retreats include bootcamps, yoga, cooking classes, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, and much more. In addition to traditional modalities, I have experience with suspension training, PiYo, Crossfit, HIIT, kickboxing, rock-climbing, functional movement, golf and equestrian-specific fitness, and bellydance.
