Ashley Pochick

I am a highly energic and motivated individual. I grew up doing gymnastics and figure skating and have always loved being active. I have been cycling for 10 years and saw a natural fit in becoming a cycling instructor. From there I fell in love with being a fitness instructor and have continued to get certifications in different areas of interest. I absolutely love teaching and find it very rewarding to serve as a good role model to others in everyday life. I enjoy being a teacher, a motivator and a friend; and cherish the relationships I have built through becoming an instructor. I am very active; I enjoy cycling, Pilates, running, kickboxing, hiking, tennis and swimming among others. My day does not feel complete without some sort of activity, even if that is an evening stroll after dinner. I welcome challenges and pride myself on being loyal and dependable.
