Mindy O'Brien

I am originally from Iowa, but have lived in Colorado since 1985.  I love living in a state that has more than 300 days of sunshine, and enjoy spending time outdoors.  My full time job is working as a Territory Director for an insurance company.  I travel throughout the state visiting our appointed agents.  I enjoy going to various fitness classes, including ZUMBA, in different parts of the state.  It's fun to see how the classes are done differently in other parts of the state.  While it's difficult to have regular classes when I travel 2 out of 4 weeks each month, I teach Aqua ZUMBA classes on Mondays and Saturdays.  

I absolutely love the Aqua ZUMBA classes and feel they are a great way for people who have physical restrictions to be able to enjoy exercise.  You can find me at the pool most weekends, leading an Aqua ZUMBA class.  ZUMBA is like a party and I feel I do a good job of putting a great playlist together and bringing fun and excitement to the dance floor.  I am approachable and radiate friendliness and confidence in my teaching style.
