  1. i:I am a retired army officer who  is now a  certified group fitness instructor and certified and insured 200-hour RYT  for yoga . Instruction is through private, group or studio lessons. Having discovered yoga just over5 years ago, I've found a new passion in this amazing practice. I have taught over 1000 studio classes , it has become a way of life in mind, body and spirit. I believe everyone can benefit in some way by incorporating this practice in their lives,. be it for fitness, flexibility and balance, overall wellness, stress relief, or calming the mind. No matter what your age, fitness level or physical limitations are, allow me to share all I've learned about this wonderful practice. Throughout my practice I have dealt with physical mobility issues with lower back shoulder,arthritis, wrist and knee pain. I have become well versed in the art of modification in this practice so I feel I can truly benefit those that have physical limitations in many areas. If it wasn't for yoga keeping me limber I may have already gone under knife for  lumbar and shoulder issues.But  your body can do amazing things even when faced with obstacles,as long as you're consistent in your practice:)

I was often told I should become a physical trainer because I really love people and helping them improve their lives in some way. I am currently pursuing this course as well. Having paid for over 150 personal training sessions, taking classes on eating theWeight and wellness way, I persevered and then found yoga. I discovered a true passion for this practice. Allow me to help OTHERS find it too!
