I started taking fitness classes at the local YMCA at age 14 - I have always loved to work-out! I have been teaching various group fitness classes for over 10 years. The classes I have taught include Step, Step Interval, Total Body Conditioning, Guts and Butts. Beginning aerobics for the de-conditioned, Boot Camp and Heart Zones Cycling. I love it all but my favorites are step interval and Heart Zones Cycling where we often have sing-a-longs in class. I am a full time Financial Advisor by profession and have and I teach 5 classes a week at a local Tennis and Fitness Club because I love it and it keeps me in shape.
