I have been teaching Yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation for twelve years. I have taught both adults and children, and have worked with people of many different ages and fitness levels. I have worked with people who have multiple sclerosis, and have also worked with personal trainers and bodybuilders. My focus is to help my students incorporate the techniques of Yoga and Tai Chi into their daily lives. I encourage them to eat better, stay loving, calm and centered, yet strong and confident.
