Life long fitness and nutrition enthusiast. My weekly fitness routine includes yoga, strenght training, TRX, Bosu Ball, hiking and walking.
I have attended yoga workshops in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Core Power, Kundalini and Iyengar Yoga. As of recently intensive training workshops with Carolyn Belko, North County Yoga Institute and Birjoo Mehta, Mumbai Yoga Institute.
Fluent in English and Spanish, some Japanese.
