Deanna DiCola- Deanna has been instructing group exercise since 1999. Deanna is currently teaching Yoga, Spinning, and TRX classes and has a current CPR certification. She is certified as a YMCA Group Fitness Instructor, Yogafit Yoga Instructor, Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor, TRX instructor, MX4 instructor, Strength and Conditioning Instructor, Body Training System (BTS) Group Power Instructor (variable weight barbell program). She is also an exercise wellness coach and trainer for the Y.
Deanna has received training or attended workshops in Spinning, Yoga, MX4, matrix Sprint8,Strength and Conditioning, ACE Integrated fitness model training, Aerobic Base training, Stability ball, Core Muscle Training, Interval training, Advanced Resistance Training techniques, Flexibility Training, Step, Sports Conditioning, Hi-Low, Powerflex, Pilates and Nutrition.
Deanna has a degree in Engineering from Penn State and enjoys biking, yoga, hiking, reading, and traveling.
