Yoga continues to amaze and inspire me. Initially my connection to the practice was completely physical, but as I continue to navigate in and through the yoga practice I realize the benefits reach far beyond. One ‘boon’ or gift of the practice has been discovering the power of experience - of verifying information through movement, body and breath. It has shifted (and continues to shift) many aspects of my life, challenging me in every possible way – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The work/relationship with yoga for me is continuous and that’s what I love about it. It isn’t a short-term solution; it’s a lifetime commitment. I feel so blessed to have been given the opportunity to experience the tools of yoga in my life and this is why I’m compelled to share the practice: To allow others to have access to the tools that have so diligently and lovingly been shared with me. My classes are a combination of strength and grace, allowing students to tap into their own potential and possibility.
