Passionate about celebrating movement and community, Sherry Young is a dynamic and experienced Certified Group Fitness Instructor dedicated to sharing her love of fitness with others. With a vibrant energy that inspires participants of all levels, Sherry leads a wide range of engaging classes, including Les Mills BodyPump, Aqua Fitness, Dance Fitness, ISCA Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, and Yoga. As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), she brings mindfulness and balance to her sessions, while her background as a “Thomas the Promise” Team Trainer with ISCA Kickbox reflects her strength and commitment to high-energy formats.

Sherry’s versatile teaching style, deep knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm create a welcoming environment where every participant can thrive—making each class not just a workout, but a celebration of fitness.
