I currently work full time in a nursing home as an activity assistant spending most of my days with alzhiemer/dementia patients. I am a mother of two grown daughters and have two small grand daughters.
I have taught dance aerobics back in the 80's which was my favorite style of exercise. I currently teach two 20/20/20 format (20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of hi/lo, and 20 minutes of strength) classes a week and one PiYo class. PiYo is a new format that is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga and is becoming popular at our gym.
