Fitness has been a part of my life since I was 5 years old and taking Polish Dance Lessons. I continued my love for choreography and dancing throughout high school on the cheer and pom teams. My first year in college, I became an instructor for the Fitness Factory but then soon moved to East Lansing to attend Michigan State. Soon after getting both my bachelor and Master's degrees in Education, I started working at Lifetime Fitness. I teach a variety of formats and have gradually been increasing the numbers of certifications I have. In my free time I love to travel and this is why I am interested in your company....the great combination of fitness and travel in one!
