Started ballroom dancing in college. After years of competitive dancing, I started teaching Zumba. It was a natural match since I enjoyed choreographing. I started teaching dance-based choreographed cardio classes. I started teaching more free-styled and strength-featured classes. I have taught aqua classes, boot camp, HIIT, strength, plyometric, and personal training.
I like to travel, hike, camp, coach, and food.
