I am an extremely organized, energetic, and personable professional who specializes in strategizing and putting together processes in order to maximize results.  In moving into the fitness industry after many years working as a leader in the Human Resources field, I realized that an easy-to-follow process was needed for trainers in order for them to get maximum results for their clients.  Since I specialized in strategic planning  for organizations, I realized the same concepts could be used for trainers.  As a result, I authored a program called Achieving Results.  This program provides trainers with the background needed to really understand their client's current situation, and help them move past road blocks affecting their success.  The program is broken down into 6 easy.  Below is information regarding the course:

 

This course has been designed to give trainers the tools needed to improve client’s results and maximize their profits while increasing their reputation and customer service skills. This is done by following a simple six step process which will provide a roadmap for both the trainer and their client to help keep them on track and moving forward towards their goals.

Course Description

At the end of the workshop, trainers will understand the following:

  • The importance of goal setting and how to write SMART (specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, and trackable) goals.
  • Tools to get a deep insight to how their clients got to their current state, done through conducting a S.W.O.T. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis.
  • Understanding current state and ongoing tracking of progress.
  • How to create quarterly goals with their clients to maximize progress.
  • Importance of celebrating successes.
  • Tool available to keep trainers focused and organized.

Course Objectives

The objectives of this course is as follows:

  • Understanding how to write SMART goals and why they are important.
  • Learning how to conduct a S.W.O.T. analysis with their clients so the trainer can help their clients turn weaknesses and opportunities into strengths, in order to maximize results.
  • How to develop action plans with their clients in order to keep progress moving forward.
  • Creation of the Visual Client Card which will provide the roadmap to success for both the trainer and their clients.
