My goal in every class I teach is to connect to my participants. I enjoy being able to get a range of exercisers (from the extreme to the non-exerciser) in the same group setting and feel comfortable and successful. I have taught the following group exercise classes:

  1. Mossa Group Active- A group exercise class including cardio based on the STEP, strength using adjustable dumbbells and finishing with balance, core and flexibility.
  2. Mossa Group Blast- A group exercise class using the STEP including plyometrics, agility, coordination and cardivascular training for a high-intensity workout.
  3. Mossa Group Power- A group exercise class focusing on strength training using a barbell, free weights and body weights incorporating all major muscle groups.
  4. Aqua Fit- A water based class that incorporates resistive training with aqua dumbbells and noodles, focused on muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and toning.
  5. Back Splash- a water based class designed for the individual with a history of back pain or recent injury. It covers stabilization, flexibility, strengthening, and conditioning in a warm water pool environment.
  6. Healthy Lifestyles- A class geared to the older exerciser, focusing on maintaining cardio, flexibility and strength. 
  7. Boot Camp- A group exercise class for all types of exercisers, a circuit style exercise allows for everyone to move at their own pace to allow success.

I am currently in graduate school at Davenport University studying to be an Occupational Therapist. I want to reach as many people as possible to ensure they have a healthy, safe and active life.
