My experience ranges from having a constant pulse of the needs of the general public by teaching weekly classes to supporting studio owners grow their business. While I enjoy the management side of the industry, my first love will always be teaching: whether it be in a group fitness format or training future fitness leaders. Additionally, I have been leading wellness retreats domestically and internationally since 2009.
