I have been involved in fitness from an early age through athletics. In my youth, I played competitive football, basketball and hockey. I was also an avid motocross racer as a young adult. In my later years, I have taken up squash and weight training to stay in shape. I have sustained many injuries through my years in sports and yet have been able to maintain an active lifestyle through skilled training and muscle development. I am addicted to feeling strong and healthy – a desire that has only grown over the years and cannot be muted. My passion for exercise and fitness has never been about a strict regimen for me but rather about a healthy lifestyle and personal outlet. I understand its value on physical health but am passionate about its value on overall quality of life. I am dedicated to helping others achieve proactive fitness goals that are personalized to them and can make their health and wellness a viable and lifelong priority.
