Sarah Thomas

I started teaching group fitness in 1998 at a local gym. I have taught on a regular basis since that time between 3-12 classes a week. I currently teach 11 classes a week in various formats. I teach Bodypump, BodyAttack, PiYo, Barre, indoor cycling, bootcamps, weight training and cardio circuit classes. Teaching group fitness is my passion. I love working with others to become more healthy as a team. In addition to teaching at my local YMCA, I offer free classes to my community at a church as well as a free class to local teachers.  I launched my own fitness business in 2014 and expanded my scope of practice from gym classes to online training. I now offer in person and online services through group instruction and personal training. Through my business, I am now able to reach people across the country. I'm looking forward to helping others on vacations in the near future.
