I've been active since elementary school when I began playing soccer. I added cross country, track and field (setting several school and city records) in junior high, and then adding coach and referee for the city soccer league.
Once in college, moving from upstate NY to Atlanta, GA U joined a gym a developed a passion for strength training and group exercise. After mentoring with 2 incredible people, I became certified as a personal trainer and group x instructor in 1998 and becan working with clients in 1999. My clients have beaten cancer, increased bone density, lowered total cholesterol, lowered blood pressure, controlled diabetes, and one woman lost 70 pounds in 6 months! (I'm bragging, I'm proud!)
I include 5 elements into my training and classes: Strength, aerobic, flexibility, balance, and proper nutrition. I keep an open line of communication between myself and the client allowing my client the freedom to adjust the workout without controlling it.
I am also a WNSO professional figure competitor, proud mom of 2 boys and a happy wife of 8 years!
