With over 10 years of teaching experience, I bring a grounded, alignment-based approach to yoga that blends strength, mindfulness, and accessibility. My teaching foundation is rooted in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Deep Stretch, and Power Yoga, allowing me to guide students through practices that support both physical evolution and inner connection. I am known for sequencing that is thoughtful, fluid, and intentionally aligned—helping students build strength safely while deepening awareness of their bodies.

In addition to traditional yoga modalities, I specialize in Yoga Sculpt, integrating light weights to elevate intensity and enhance functional strength. I also teach Aqua Yoga, offering a therapeutic, water-based practice that supports mobility, joint health, and mindful movement.

My teaching extends beyond the physical practice, with experience in guided meditation and breathwork, helping students regulate their nervous system, cultivate inner calm, and develop a sustainable mind-body connection. I often weave these elements into classes to create a holistic and transformative experience.

What sets me apart as an instructor is my commitment to both technical precision and approachable teaching. I strive to meet each student exactly where they are, while inspiring them to grow with confidence, curiosity, and intention. My classes blend knowledge, experience, and heartfelt energy—reflecting a decade of practice, study, and passion for movement and wellbeing.
