I have a passion for sharing my enthusiasm of sports and fitness with youth, adults and seniors. I have been a fitness intructor and personal trainer for over 10 years- helping individuals acheive their personal best and strive towards their goals. I believe exercise should be fun, motivating and part of our everyday lives! I have a broad background in athletics- a Division 1, three sport athlete-competing in track, cross country and tennis for the University of Oregon. I was the named the 1996 Athlete of the year by USA Triathalon and was the 1996 JR National Triathalon Champion. I represented the US by competing in the World Duathalon and Triathalon Championships and spent time in Colorado training at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. I graduated with at B.S. in Physical Education and Health Promotion. On top of personal training, I teach a variety of fitness classes- ranging from youth classes, senior silver sneaker classes, to hard-core group cycling classes.
