My name is Cina Silvey. I am a jack of all trades, mom, special educator, wife, dance fitness instructor, cub scout leader, volunteer basketball coach, you name it! 

I am in love with WerQ.Dance.Fitness. I love facilitating class, motivating others and making sure all class participants are happy, sweaty and making the WerQ out their own.
