A highly skilled yoga instructor thrained at the prestigious White Lotus Foundation, her style in Vinyasa/ Flow yoga is built on a foundation of honor yogic tradition based on the teachings of Krishnamacharya. With a honey sweet voice she brings her students to a place of stillness while creating a challenging asana practice.
To further compliment her studies of yoga, Megan has been trained as a massage therapist. Using her comprehensive knowledge of the body and neuromuscular system she easily adapts to the needs of her students by introducing modifications to yoga postures, so everyone receives the benefits of each asana in her class. Megan makes yoga personal, making the student feel supported and safe throughout their practice.
