I am the Director of Fitness and Wellness at Georgetown University in Washington DC and have been in the fitness field for over 10 years. I am a YogaFit Master Trainer and specialize in vinyasa (flow) yoga. I teach all traditional styles of group fitness (step, cycle, sculpt) and manage all areas of fitness and wellness. Hence, I am able to fulfill many fitness needs a variety of individuals!
