Christine Kean

I graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Corporate Fitness from The College of New Jersey. I have worked for 8 years as a personal trainer in a variety of settings, including a hospital site, physical therapy clinic, corporate environment, and a commercial site. What I enjoy most about personal training is the one-on-one contact with my clients. I love motivating them to live an active and healthy lifestyle, educating them on the proper exercise techniques, and encouraging them to improve their health and wellbeing. I recently received my Masters Degree in Teaching and hold a full time job as an elementary school health and physical education teacher.
