I have been very active for the past 25 years or so. An avid bodybuilder for nearly 20 years, jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts as well as yoga and pilates training and participation.
I have been teaching for the past 6 years and really love it!
I am always upgrading my skills and seeking new and more in-depth education especially with respect to yoga and Pilates.
I enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle, I'm outgoing and friendly and enjoy meeting new people and trying new things.
