Anabelle Hernandez

My name is Anabelle Hernandez. I played volleyball in Puerto Rico for 5 years and I practiced boxing for 3 years. I compited in Figure fitness and classified for Nationals in NPC. I placed 3rd and 2nd on MD state NPC 2005. Worked at Bally's total fitness as a personal trainer for one year. I have alwyas been in sport and I'm very athelitic. I have a bachelor degree in chemistry and took some courses in biology and health education. I'm also, well aware of nutrition. I have participated in nutrition seminar and I coached myself on my fitness competition.
