Marda discovered yoga 22 years ago as a way to relieve pain in her shoulders and neck from playing competitive tennis. From her very first class, she was hooked. The pain relief and physical benefits were amazing, but what really got her addicted to this practice was the sense of calm that washed over her every time she was on the mat.
