“Like a lot of people, my initial interest in yoga was primarily to address physical concerns. I went to yoga to get a workout (and I did get a great workout!), but I also found that the hours I was putting in on the mat – moving, breathing, grounding – were bringing about healing to my body, mind, and spirit. My intention as a teacher is to remain a perpetual student in order to share my knowledge, experiences, and love of yoga with humility, patience and non-judgment, in order to help others throw off their insecurities and self-hatred and put on peace, surrender, and self-acceptance. It does not matter why you come, just come.”
