Background: Krista possesses a Bachelor of Science in Biology with courses in Human Kinetics & Nutrition. Her professional background is wide ranging, from conducting biological research in Washington, DC and the Cayman Islands to coordinating health & environmental programs for local schools, community & corporate groups under the direction of such non-profit organizations as the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Lifesaving Society and the David Suzuki Foundation.
She is also an avid outdoors person who enjoys boating, scuba diving, hiking and trail running.
Krista has many years of diverse professional experience and a true passion for promoting balanced wellness that can only enhance her contribution to this very important and ever-growing industry. On a personal level, Krista has worked hard in recent years to overcome her own battle with weight loss.
