Kendra Harnden is a pun-lover whose classes are playful, flowing, and heartfelt. She enjoys graphic design, watching dorky documentaries, and singing along with AC/DC. She loves yoga because it makes her feel good and allows her to eat more brownies. Her favorite place is hanging out with her husband and their yellow lab on a leafy trail.
She completed her 200-hour teacher training with YogaFit and is certified as a 200 e/ryt with Yoga Alliance. She is also a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Level 1 Reiki, and has completed additional training in trauma-informed yoga as well as many other modalities.
She hopes her students step off the mat feeling refreshed, balanced, and at ease in their bodies.
