- Zandra Ross
For the past twenty years, Zandra has worked with individuals, groups, communities and organizations to support lifestyle and organizational change. She has worked extensively with First Nations communities and non-profit organizations to create the motivation to change in areas such as health and wellness, emotional intelligence, training/education and employment. Her main roles have been as a facilitator, motivational speaker, teambuilding guide, researcher, fitness trainer and life/executive coach.
She received her Individual Conditioning and Group Fitness Leader certification with the YMCA, is a TRX suspension training certified instructor, is a certified Life Coach, Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist, Yoga Teacher (200 YT). She loves trail running, downhill skiing and yoga. She is currently completing Pilates, cyclefit and kettlebells certification.
Zandra is high energy and loves to work with people who have multiple barriers to health and wellness and people who are new to the fitness and yoga world or are just getting back in to it. Her goal is to ensure people she works with have all the building blocks to live their most satisfying life. She currently is co-owner of True Fitness and Transformations, instructs at the Northern Sports Centre, Krell Wellness Centre and volunteers at the YMCA.
