I started Practicing yoga in my Twenties. From the monent I took my first step on the mat, I fell in love with the practice. Yoga has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and be fearless on and off the mat. Because of yoga, I have been inspired to live each moment more mindfully.

 

I compleated my 200 hour Hatha training at Joyful Yoga in Truro, Nova Scotia. I will always be a student of the practice and, am forever grateful for the loving wisdom all of my teachers have shared with me.

 

In my classes, I love to combine creative and energizing yoga sequencing with a hands on assisting. All classes are accessible to beginners, while aiso challenging for intermediate and advanced students.

 

I believe yoga can benefit all body types; if you can breathe, you can benefit from yoga.

 

Along with practicing yoga and spending time with my famil and friends, I also enjoy running and many obstacle races each year.
