I fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago. I practice yoga on a daily basis.
I love teaching yoga classes to all levels and all ages. I have been actively teaching yoga for over eleven years. Besides being a Certified Yoga Teacher (2011) and I am also a Yoga Therapist(2013).
I have been teaching exclusively at my home studio three times a week and I run yoga retreats
I have enjoyed traveling through Canada, the US, Europe and the Caribbean. I also enjoy tennis, downhill sking, boating and swimming to name a few sports.
