LaShay Carr

LaShay, also known as Shay is originally from Brooklyn, NY. After reaching almost 200lbs during college at Syracuse University, she decided to change her eating habits, started running and took a full year of African Dance in college to help shed the pounds.  Upon her completion of graduate school at the Fashion Institute, she moved to Albuquerque, NM  where she discovered a group fitness class called Zumba in 2009. She was inspired to become an instructor in 2013.
