I have been a yoga instructor for over 10 years for corepower yoga and I've helped with many trainings and workshops over the years.   I have taken many trainings over the years with many reputable Instructors all over the United States including Johnny Kest and Baptiste ,Seane Corn, Shiva Ray  and many many others .I'm also a licensed massage therapist and have a private practice out of my home.
