Connie Griggs

I received my certification in 1997, I have taught in Gold's Gym, the Plex and CHristus Wellness centers in Bossier and Shreveport, LA. I continue to work for Christus and now I have opened an aerobic center of my own. I teach floor aerobics and body sculpting. I am single,the mother of two. I work full time for Edward Jones Investments. I have a very special heart for exercise. I am 5'2" and weigh 105. There was a time that I weighed 150 lbs. I have learned through eating and exercise & I have kept it off for 20 years now. Teaching people to excerise is the greatest thing the I can do.
