In 2010 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After completing my surgeries and treatments, I was unable to return to my previous workout regimen, so I decided to try yoga. I immediately fell in love with not only how it made my body feel, but how I felt mentally and emotionally as well. Amazed at the connection that I felt body, mind, and soul I wanted to share it. I completed my 200 hour YTT in December 2013 and my 300 hour AYTT in January 2021. I feel so blessed to be able to share my love of yoga and all that it has to offer with my students...it has been truly a blessing and an honor!!
