Marissa Tonge

I'm a Jersey girl, born and raised. My father is West Indian so I grew up around Soca, Reggae, Calypso music, and DANCING! I started exercising at a very young age with my mother in our basement doing Ana Benson's The FIRM workout videos. In addition to working out I've always had a love for dance and performance. As just a teenager in high school, I was recognized as a contributing choreographer for school musicals and theater productions. 

 

I have been fortunate to share my love of dance at multiple fitness facilities in Northern New Jersey, and most recently the well-known Dance Theatre of Harlem in New York, NY.
